CCPTA and what does that mean???

PTA (parent/teacher association) is part of a national organization. Parkade's PTA has a board that guides the year, then Columbia Council has a board (CCPTA is Columbia Counsel Parent/Teacher Association) that helps all the Columbia Public School's PTA boards.
