Sexual Abuse Prevention Program

A sexual abuse prevention program is presented each year to all elementary students in the Columbia Public Schools. Any interested parent will have the opportunity to preview the materials that will be used in the classrooms. The Columbia elementary school counselors will host a special meeting for parents to preview the films and materials, which will be shown to students during the 2009-2010 school year. The evening meetings will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2009, at Mill Creek Elementary School, 2200 Nifong Blvd. West, Columbia, MO 65203 and Tuesday, October 13, 2009, Derby Ridge Elementary School, 4000 Derby Ridge Drive., Columbia, MO. 65202. A letter with more information will be sent home soon.
